    FOUNDER & CEO

    After establishing the firm in 1990, Gorodesky, with a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the industry,  developed and consulted for several world-renowned brands including 41 North, Hotel Hershey, Normandy Farms, and Rittenhouse Hotel over his 30+ year career, most recently conceptualizing and managing The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, New Jersey and the all-new River House at Odette’s in New Hope, PA. Gorodesky also has a strong background in litigation support for law firms in the region.  An investor in recent projects including The Grove at Centerton in Parvin State Park, NJ, Gorodesky has parlayed his unique industry perspective and experiences into not only developing, managing, and cultivating successful hospitality brands, but to also owning and operating new concepts along the East coast.

    EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

    Yeager’s influence in the company’s growth and brand positioning has been transformative over the past 10+ years. With a keen eye for detail, a rich history in hospitality, and a strong business sense for luxury market hotels, Yeager oversees all brand creation, concept development and high-level Sales and Marketing for Refined Hospitality. Knowledgeable in all areas of hospitality, Yeager also is intimately involved in developing all hotel revenue strategies, yielding tactics for optimization, and online platform integrations.

    New project development and rebranding is where her true passion lies where she curates brands that embrace their unique communities and historical narrative; designs highly-stylized spaces and desirable experiences that speak their niche markets; and creates awareness through storytelling and positioning.
