    With a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for hospitality & restaurants, Gorodesky developed and consulted for several world-renowned brands (including 41 North, Normandy Farms, Moshulu, and White Dog Café) over his 30+ year career leading Restaurant Advisory Services. Realizing an opportunity to parlay his unique industry perspective into a more wide-reaching hospitality organization, Gorodesky founded Refined Hospitality, specializing in the development, management, and cultivation of successful hospitality brands.



    Co-founding Refined Hospitality alongside Gorodesky, Yeager’s influence in the company’s growth and brand positioning has been instrumental. With a keen eye for detail, a rich history in hospitality, and a strong business sense for luxury market hotels, Yeager oversees all brand creation, concept development and high level Sales and Marketing for Refined. Knowledgeable in all areas of hospitality, Yeager also is intimately involved in developing all hotel revenue strategies, yielding tactics for optimization, and online platform integrations. New project development and rebranding, however, is where her passion lies where she can curtate brands that embrace their unique communities and historical narrative; design highly-stylized spaces and desirable experiences that speak to niche markets; and create awareness through story telling and positioning.
