REVOLUTION brings in the spring season with the introduction of a cocktail bar and lounge, alfresco dining, weekend lunch, expanded dinner menu and more.
OUTDOOR DINING
REVOLUTION now offers outdoor dining in the Pork Yard, a classic Lambertville favorite, with an updated vibe including alfresco seating and libations, tucked under mature trees and a canopy of lights- the quintessential spring/summer dining scene. The warm surround of The Boat House, REVOLUTION Patio Bar and serene Raritan Canal, creates a secluded yet happening outdoor environment for locals and tourists alike, that once found is sure to not be forgotten.
WEEKEND LUNCH
Friday – Sunday | 11am – 4pm
REVOLUTION now offers a lunch menu every weekend including a welcoming selection of appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and sandwiches. Executive Chef Michael Greenstein will prepare some of his classic favorites like his Shrimp Louie salad, signature Maryland Crab Cake sandwich and a Crispy Buffalo Salmon appetizer, that is sure to impress. Lunch is to be enjoyed outside in the Pork Yard, at the REVOLUTION Patio Bar (coming soon!), or in one of the perfectly curated dining rooms.
EXPANDED DINNER MENU
REVOLUTION has expanded the dinner menu to accommodate any palate, anytime. New appetizers have debuted for those seeking a cocktail and lite bites experience. Now you can gather with friends, midweek, for wine and appetizers – a casually enjoyable evening of good food, spirits and conversation. As for entrees, the USDA Prime Steaks will always be the main attraction, but now they are accompanied by some relaxed entree selections for a simpler night out, such as a classic English Fish & Chips dish and everyone’s favorite Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf.
BAR + LOUNGE
A new cocktail bar and lounge is comings soon to the indoor patio at REVOLUTION with views of the Raritan Canal and a bar scene like no other. Opening up to the outdoors, this intimate yet vibing atmosphere, is sure to be the it place this season with custom cocktails, craft beers and curated wines.
